脊髓型颈椎病前路手术疗效及影响因素分析

摘要为探讨影响脊髓型颈椎病前路手术疗效的因素，本文对1986年5月～1994年2月间的152例脊髓型颈椎病人前路手术后的疗效及常见影响因素作一分析。结果发现，病程、年龄及病情与疗效有关，手术范围及方式与疗效无关。建议脊髓型颈椎病确诊后应尽快手术治疗，合适的手术方式及减压范围均可取得满意疗效。关键词脊髓型颈椎病。前路手术。影响因素
